Magical Music Box
I'd like to do something with RFID/NFC and here's an idea around that theme:
The Magical Music Box has very special keys to be opened with - each key unlocks a different song and different hologram is project. You have to keep turning the lever for the music to keep playing and for the hologram to spin.
The keys would have RFID tags inside and the hardware could simply be generic android phone with lens attached to it (see e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7YWTtCsvgvg). The lever could be a wheel from regular USB mouse connected via USB-OTG.
Also happy to work on something different ideally RFID related that's a bit more practical! More ideas welcome!

Great! It's still only very rough idea so not sure exactly what components we'd use. I'll try to bring anything that could be remotely useful from my stuff, feel free to do the same and we can try to work it out on the spot.

If we could somehow make the bolts work autonomicly ( diffrent cylinder for each bolt spinning with diffrent speed) or bolts hiding we could play any melody on the box. Then hologram generated by sounds that are played.
